<usage>

Use this tool to extract ACIMS conservation data for a specified Area of Interest (AOI) in Alberta. Users can select their AOI interactively or provide a polygon feature as input. The tool returns two sets of data:

Element Occurrences (EOs) – species or ecological communities tracked by ACIMS.

Landform Elements – units of natural physical diversity.

Users can choose between File Geodatabase (FGDB) or Shapefile format for download. The result is returned as a compressed ZIP file containing the extracted datasets.

This tool is useful for:

Environmental impact assessments

Conservation planning

Research and academic projects

Land-use planning and permitting

</usage>
