Environmental Records Viewer
The Environmental Records Viewer (ERV) is a web-based tool that allows the public to view and download environmental information. That includes documents and data related to regulatory applications, authorizations, and Long Term Management cases. It supports searches for:
- Long term management cases (LTM), which refer to sites where an unauthorized release may have occurred, and ongoing remedial measures are required to manage potential contamination.
- Notifications and Registrations for Waste management activities issued under the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act.
- Reclamation Certificates issued under the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act when a site has been successfully reclaimed. Displayed are certificates for EPA-regulated activities (e.g., gravel pits) and AER-regulated activities issued before 2014 (e.g., sour gas plants).
- Registrations for Pesticide activities issued under the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act.
- Water licence applications and authorizations issued under the Water Act.
