The Point_Remove is based on the Douglas and Peucker algorithm for point removal. The feature class used for this layer, FSI_HUC_WATERSHEDS_GENERALIZED_500K, is derived from the feature class, FSI_HUC_WATERSHEDS, residing in the Fish and Wildlife GDB in SDE and is intended for map production use at the provincial level only. This layer should not to be used for data analysis or for cartographic representation lower than the specified scale of 500K.
