In some cases these boundaries may extend beyond the boundary of the Rocky Mountains Forest Reserve. In these cases this is a representation of the management unit as a whole.he Forest Reserve Range Distribution Units dataset is used to define the boundaries for the issuance and management of grazing rights within the Rocky Mountains Forest Reserve. Forage allocation and use is managed under the authority of the Forest Reserves Act and Forest Reserves Regulation.",
