 "description": "The Head Tax Permit Zone is comprised of three polygons for determining which zone (A, B, or C) a head tax permit falls in. These zones are used to apply the rental rate that forest grazing reserve permits, head tax permits (HTP), and provincial grazing reserves (GRR) are charged (Ministerial Order 01/2020). The dataset covers the province of Alberta, with the boundary between zones C and B predominantly following the North Saskatchewan River west from the Saskatchewan border until Range 8 West of the 5th. The boundary between zones A and B is defined by the northern limit of township 28.",
