These zones are used to apply the rental rate that forest grazing reserve permits, head tax permits (HTP), and provincial grazing reserves (GRR) are charged (Ministerial Order 01/2020). The dataset covers the province of Alberta, with the boundary between zones C and B predominantly following the North Saskatchewan River west from the Saskatchewan border until Range 8 West of the 5th. The boundary between zones A and B is defined by the northern limit of township 28.",
