Service Description: The ACIMS Data Extraction Tool helps users access conservation data for areas in Alberta. By drawing or uploading a map area (AOI), users can download species and ecological data from the Alberta Conservation Information Management System (ACIMS). The results can be used for environmental awareness, planning, research, or land management. Output is provided in a downloadable ZIP file containing either a File Geodatabase or Shapefile.
