The Alberta Conservation Information Management System (ACIMS) Species Element Table lists species (and infraspecies) reported for Alberta along with conservation status ranks. Those deemed to be of conservation concern are tracked. Spatial data is collected for tracked elements and used to create Element Occurrences.
