Service Description: The Natural Resources Conservation Board Service Area dataset is comprised of all the polygons that represent Natural Resources Conservation Board Service Areas in Alberta. The Natural Resources Conservation Board is an arms-length agency of the Government of Alberta responsible for reviews of proposed major natural resource projects, and for the regulation of confined feeding operations in Alberta. The dataset is the administrative boundary for the 4 regional offices (Fairview, Morinville, Red Deer, and Lethbridge) of Natural Resources Conservation Board. The dataset covers all of Alberta except for the National Parks around the boarder of the Province.
