Service Description: Fire Permit Analysis Service includes the polygons designed to provide users with a representation of all boundary layers required for the Fire Permit Analysis Tool to help determine what boundary areas will affect a Fire Permit request for the province of Alberta.Fire Control Orders is provided to show whether or not the Fire Permit is inside of a Fire Advisory, Fire Restriction, Fire Ban or Forest Area Closure, which will impact the status of the Fire Permit.Fire Control Zone are the boundaries designed for the Fire Zone Control Regulation for the purposes of closure and fire control orders.Forest Area is the administrative level accountable for wildfire and forest management in the province and is provided to show which Forest Area the Fire Permit request may be within.Forestry Fire Permit Jurisdiction Area Polygon is the boundary within the Province of Alberta where the Forest Management Branch have jurisdiction.
