Service Description: Provides a base map with additional hydrography using the projection NAD 1983 10TM AEP Forest (EPSG 3400)Provincial Basemap C provides points, lines, and polygons representing a basemap with additional hydrography across Alberta in the NAD 1983 10TM AEP Forest (EPSG: 3400) projection. The service showcases primary provincial base map data, including major hydrographic features, municipalities, major roads, railways and select geoadministrative features (parks, reserves, etc.).To improve performance, the service has been cached using the NAD83 Version 2 tiling scheme. The map is stored as pre-generated raster tiles that are delivered to client applications at predefined scales and levels of detail.
