Description: Carbon Sequestration Agreement feature class contains provincial extent polygon features representing Carbon Sequestration evaluation permits and leases, with varying term dates and conditions.A Carbon Sequestration lease grants, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the lease, the right to drill wells, conduct evaluation and testing and inject captured carbon dioxide into deep subsurface reservoirs within the location of the lease.
