This layer reresents the labels of the names of the Base Hydrography Update Index area depicting the extent of the current Hydrologic Unit Code (HUC) 8 watersheds completed in 2018/2019.
The Base Hydrography Update Index layer provides users with an update of hydrography base data layer to support business applications and decision making related to water bodies and major water courses in Alberta.
This layer is not visible beyond the scale of 1:1,733,371 with the label symbology controlled through the Label Manager with thirteen (13) label classes of scale ranges set according to the table of Standard View Optimized Scales found in the map service development specifications.
