The mask covers the extent of the current Hydrologic Unit Code (HUC) 8 watersheds completed in 2018/2019.
The Base Hydrography Update Index layer provides users with an update of hydrography base data layer to support business applications and decision making related to water bodies and major water courses in Alberta.
