description:	This layer contains information on the number, type of crossings and fish passage status within HUC 8 watersheds. It also contains a history and forecast of the km of 2nd order stream distance above crossings reported to have fish passage issues and the plans submitted by crossings owners to address them. These files are updated twice a year. After crossings owners submit new inspections (November 30) and after crossing owner submit action plans for non-compliant crossings (April 1).
